Are the boxes brown? The printing design looks younger than '98.

The brown boxes only came out in the past 3 or 4 years, so I'd say these are 8H = August 2018.
Before these latest brown boxes they were white cardboard with the same style printing but the Philips logo was printed in blue.

I’m kind of debating if I should get another box of these as they are the most rare LPS bulbs & are really cool.

Where on earth do you get these by the box..? Even the individual lamps are almost impossible to get here, and when you do find them they want stupid money for them

That's way out of my price range, I dread to think what it would cost to get them here, and how many would make it in one piece..?

The seller is not retarded & packs very well. The cheapest I’ve found the bulbs is $115 each so the $300 for 6 is extremely reasonable.

Reasonable it may be, but I don't have the money right now, we've had a lot of household expenditure recently. Regarding packing/shipping, we're a long way from where you are, and probably from where the seller is, and I really wouldn't want to risk it. Things like this I prefer to collect in person; regardless of how well something is packed, it's not possible to protect 100% against mishandling, especially on a long intercontinental journey.
