A LED fixture that is unusual due to technologies used in the LED driver. Instead of a full electronic driver it employs electromagnetic ballasts as the main components. Depending on particular configuration there can be one or two ballasts in the circuit enabling light output regulation.

Interesting with magnetic ballasts for LED's. Maybe they will proove themself more reliable.

If those ballasts are well made then I don't see any potential cause which may lead to premature failure.

Hmmm, up to 130lm/W with a magnetic ballast? Or the specs is for a newer model with an electronic ballast? (Do they mention that rather special feature somewhere?)

Yes, those specs are for fixtures with magnetic ballast, actually this particular fixture doesn't seem to be offered with anything else than magnetic ballast.
