That’s a most impressive and perfectly framed photo! It makes it look like the beam is diverging but I suppose it is absolutely parallel.

I used Canon EF-S 18-55 at about 60 cm distance from laser output and lens was very close to beam axis, beam is not quite parallel, 0,7 mm at output and after 4 m diameter is about 4 mm.
