Time to go through the C-9's and get them ready. No LED's on my house. All inside paint or ceramic coated. Not sure how many I will get put up, hard to climb now.

Nice! Looks like a mix of USA and Japan C-9s! Those were the best.

I always liked those old inside-colored C9's (the type that look pastel-colored when off) .. that & the sets with red/green wire is what we had when I was a kid.

----
As far as me putting up lights this year....
I started back at the end of September. All mini's, mostly LED but also still do use some incandescent.

GE's Japan and Korea. Some of the sets are light/dark green wire also and some are the old GE sets from the 60's and 70's. Most are from when I was kid but have picked them up along the way and also the bulbs, hundreds to keep the old sets going. I don't use them all anymore, house is too high to get the peaks without risking your life, 35 years older than when I moved in.

Oh I like C-7's too.

It isn't any fun unless the plugs are hot and the breakers are buzzing.
