Well, if it's from Belgium, I'm surprised I found it here in the USA.

What if it's a Lumec model made in Canada? Lumec is owned by Schreder.

Nice fixture. What is the "quick-disconnect starter" mentioned in the specification on the file from US?

Why I like LEDs on top of other lighting tech?
LEDs = Upgrade 95% of the applications. (That is if you avoid eBay's LEDs).

LED brainwash? No, people uses them cuz they work well for them.

This one isn't listed in my 2002 Lumec-Schreder catalog...but the one I have doesn't cover their complete line, and there's been a number of changes thruout the years, I'm sure.

I've always wondered why the US ignitors were usually hard-wired. I've had to change them out as often as fluorescent starters - why they couldn't put them in a twist-lock socket like a fluorescent starter never made sense to me. My Crouse-Hinds L-150/OV-15 has one of the plug-in type ignitors. The AE Durastars have their plug-in ignitors right on the outside of the fixture!

I'm lampin...

That one to be honest I actually like it!!! It's "Different!"

I know one in NJ that has a Corvus CVM It is at a corner of a road with a bunch of AE 125s all MH, on 6-8 foot tapered E arms!! Those arms are typical in the "Clear Merc World NJ!"

I at first mistaken that NJ light to be a GE, but apparently it's an AE!

@TudorWhiz > The Corvus CVM comes from Spain. It's a CARANDINI (an Holophane brand since 90s) lantern and its name is QS10 or QSA10. There are some of these in France too, click here

@magslicht, what exatelly you mean with latern with two lamps?

There is the "TXN" which has sometimes two lamps in one housing, further more in some countries you'll find the CMS Maxi ( CITEA-MAYA-SCALA MAXI ) range with two optics and lamps. Also the newer PQ 3 S is available upon request with two lamps. and there are some others...

But so far I know there no fixture which got two lamps in one Reflector- except the ones for tunnel lighting with LPS/CFL...

@Selenium: Didn't know that this is already two years old. Those Modullums are going strong here in Switzerland/ Germany.

The Gema is still available but not for all countries. I don't know much about the Gema because we haven't them in our program.
