It's another streetlight from Sylvania/PowerLite, offered up to 250W HPS. For higher wattages, you have to take the B2255 ( this model ).

This model (the picture above) is pretty common here. They are mixed with Crouse-Hinds OV-25s along many highways near my city.

It would be most likely Sylvania,Cooper OVC doesn't have a bail latch like this one and there is a circular flat spot on the bottom doors of the coopers for leveling and this one is smooth.Also the Coopers don't have the nubs where the mounting bolts are.

Personally i think that all Lamp Bans are idiotic,the idea of telling us we cant use this lamp type just cause its less efficent is highly communist in nature...really what good is it going to do?
