Jace is most likely right, it's a "Powr/Pack" OV-10, very nice find!

Right I forgot the name.....yes....I have the OV-10...it has the same reflector and refractor design and I know what Westinghouse PowerPack design looks like and this is the one

So Westinghouse PowerPack OV-10 is correct! Those fixtures are common in Washington State!

The OV-10 PowerPack seemed to be a lot more common than the GE Form 400 PowerPack.

How old is this thing? It looks like it was just installed yesterday.

Nothing like the beautiful cool white light of a coated Mercury Vapor lamp and the soothing hum of it's magnetic ballast.

i Thought Powerpak was a copyrighted GE Design?

Personally i think that all Lamp Bans are idiotic, the idea of telling us we cant use this lamp type just cause its less efficent is highly communist in nature...really what good is it going to do?

It is. Westinghouse never gave these a catchy trademark name. These are very nice lights. I'm very proud to own one.

These are incredibly well made streetlights. I have one that’s 240V & plan on making a YouTube video about it. I don’t have my 120->240 transformer handy & I would like to keep the high quality original ballast installed.

Yes these are tanks. I have one as well. As for 240v, why not just add a 240v circuit? Some 12/2 romex and a double pole 20a breaker and you're good to go.
