Good score Hope fully I can find one some day I might have to build one my self. If I do I am going experment with vacumetube relay as a starter to make look old and intereasting

No LED gadgets, spins too slowly.  Gotta  love preheat and MV. let the lights keep my meter spinning.

Have a look at thermal door locks from washing machines. I think some of them can be abused in a similar way to a 4 pin starter (you may have to change the contacts configuration to open as it heats from the normal close as it heats, and possiby do some resistance matching to mak it work without overheating)

could be westinghouse.cant read it well but the stamp on the top looks a lot like the one on the ballast.light surface rust breaking out in the stamp area.
