This would've been made between the early 1980s and early 1990s.

Colored Fluorescent's such as F40T12 Red or  Green or Blue are awesome...

it is from a photographic lightbox from the 70's
this one was rarely used.the others in this job were dead.as in solid black ends.
they were replaced with l8w/954
easiest 5000k high cri tube to get.
esp when you need 30 of them.

I found a few of these in some undercabinet lights. One is in my kitchen now.
