This has been posted on here already, but it’s still a cool video. You don’t see brand new M-400A2 FCOs everyday. I believe this video is from the 90s judging by what they used in the installation.

The second video is from the early 70's . Look closely at the pole being raise for the test crash . It has an OV-50 on it ! The new pole replacing the knock down on the highway has a M-1000 with glare sheild .
