This is a Radionic Trans Co. lamp.
They made various versions of this lamp:
- single or double gooseneck, very short neck,...
- tubular incandescent or F8 fluorescent
- brown (the most common), bronze...
I have one and love it, these lamps match different home styles and are well built.

I have 2 of the ones F8T5 ballast inline with the line cord. One is my bathroom "nightlight" running 24/7 with a GE Reveal. The other one in the bedroom with the single bed running 24/7 with a CXL CW lamp for life test.
