i think they seem to work pretty good since i only paid $5 for them.  funny though that mines package says Rapid start but its preheat  ??? .   these are made by TCP i think

I belive they are made by TCP they seem decint though I replace the stock lamp with a 6500K lamp as I can't stand 2700K if they they go on sale again I will get more of them. I have some pics of circlines in my gallery.

they came from home depot.  the funny thing is that they didnt sell bulbs of the same brand for this adapter.  they had commercial electric 32w circline and 55w circline but no 22w bulbs.  they have a whole bunch of 2700k and 6500k Sylvania 22w circlines though

The Home Depot I go to (Wereham MA) does not have any Sylvania lamps just Philips circlines 2700K,4100K, and 6500K. They do sell the 22w and a 30w commercial electric circline in 2700K only.
