Due to the problem of copper wire theft, many cities and utilities are using aluminum wire for street lights.Cheaper as well as a lower scrap value.

Alright... so some bad news... during my brainless search for one of my GE PAR38 self ballasted CMH's, I searched for it in one of
my closets. I Picked up an EOL LED bulb that had been sitting on my shelf in the closet... I took that out of my porch light a little while ago.
The LED bulb slipped out of my hand... and fell on the Sadelite desk lamp that was sitting on the floor in that closet, shattering one of my
PL-L 36w tubes. It's been a while since I've broken a lamp... so there you go. It happened. I finally broke one of my fluorescent lamps.
I will never let that happen again. EVER again.
Side note: my newest light project is already complete. I'm running four GE 23w PAR38 self ballasted CMH's in my bathroom, as up-lighting,
with the help of 4 rotational sockets I found on Ebay.

@SussexEuroSOX , I'm definitely still single for sure, since I'm still in the process of getting to know her. It'll take me a long time of
getting to know someone before a relationship ever ensues... and also, more time spent in person, which would be tough given the distance.
I guess we shall see.
Today I adjusted my 75" TV in my upstairs loft a bit more... it looks so nice, even though the entertainment system is still very much incomplete. I've
got some work to do regarding that... still have to buy side cabinets/stands to place stuff on around the TV, since the TV stand I'm using is mainly
a floor stand that the TV mounts to, unlike the average TV stand that requires the TV "feet."
My 50" TV downstairs is adjusted enough, on its similar TV stand.
I've also adjusted all four swivel chairs downstairs today, and my coffee table in the middle of them... pic coming soon.

Today I got back home from a date, after spending time with her since Friday. The date was a success, as I thought it would be... not to brag.
However, my biggest issue is that she lives too far. My car made it there and back just fine, but sheesh. Time changes from state to state also
made it that much more confusing/stressful. Seems like GPS technology has improved though, and they've made it a lot easier to follow each direction
regarding where to go... so that's also some good news.

I'm a fan of the Ford pickup trucks, especially the F-150. The F-150 Raptor is an absolute beast.

As mentioned any kind of resale platform such as Facebook Marketplace is a good place to look for streetlights. Other places I've found and bought streetlights from before include: eBay, Habitat Restore, antique stores, and stores that deal with surplus electronics/electrical items.

@Maxim
Yeah I was trying to use language that was as neutral as possible, tone is very difficult (for me at least) to convey online and I try to give others the benefit of the doubt as well if I think they sound disrespectful too. It kind of sounds like corporate speak. In situations like these I always consider using AI to make my sentences sound as neutral as possible but I didn't want to do that here and I don't think it is worth the effort. Passive-aggressiveness was definitely not my goal, and looking back at my posts I personally don't see that, but like I said I am definitely not the best judge for that. Thanks for pointing it out though, it is something I will work on.

I do agree with your points about Danny and Alex, that's sort of the point I wanted to make but I suppose I didn't do it very clearly lol.
