Anybody have a small single lamp F4T5 fixture that may be willing to sell? I'd preferably like one that drives a 4 watt lamp at the proper wattage.

you could make one, I did with a ballast and starter as here in the UK the only things with 4W T5 are blacklight money counterfeit checkers and little battery lanterns, no magnetic preheat or 230V mains battens
