Have you noted that there is one company in Europe that also make these junk hybrid CFLs that have a halogen lamp that turns on to produce immediate light during the run-up of the CFL and turns off after the lamp is finishes to warm up and then the CFL lit a full brightness (Like the GE and Panasonic junks one)?
