I'm trying to find info about a style of light that I really like but can't find anything online. The lights are basically bollard style lights but with a vertical fluorescent tube inside a frosted white pipe that acts as the diffuser. The bottom of the diffuser is attached to a pole of the same diameter and has a standard PVC pipe cap covering the opening on the top of the diffuser.
Below are some Google Street View links to some lights of this style

I really need to see what the inside of the white pipe may look like so I know how the tube is held in place. This is so I can make my own versions of these lights.
