Hi there!  Bought this because of its uniqueness, and now I literally can't find any information on it!  Has anyone ever seen one of these or have any kind of knowledge of it?
Bought this in Illinois, USA...I'm thinking 1980s...Don't see any markings that would normally help me identify the maker...
It's a mystery!  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
