found in a neighbors trash.has a small round base with push to start switch,a fluted column,and a f14 lamp.flat green with gold trim over an embossed pattern.it was really rusty so its apart right now.rotten cloth cord.buzzing ballast.so since i have a use for a 12v desk lamp its getting one of the 12v ballasts i listed in bst.and white led's as a nightlight.
have never seen another like it before.
its in terrible shape or i would keep it original.
will try to post some pics later.
