Hello all

Is anybody able to identify the manufacturer of this luminaire? It was installed in Australia throughout the 1970s and I appreciate the futuristic and simplistic design. Thank you.

Seen these in USA too. Not sure who made it but what is the lamp type? When I saw these they were  :mv:.
