Hello there. Thought I'd post a pic of my Yard light. It's custom made using a bunch of parts from other damaged NEMA's and yardblasters. GMmercury2000 I believe was was his profile name kindly gave me the dim high run time Westie 100w BT-25 clear top bulb that you can see, looks awesome at night! A regent 100w MV ballast is used here from on of their "mini bucket" fixtures.
Let me know what you guys think.

Is the link correct?
It looks strange and displays as two links in the browser, neither of them working...

It's the exact opposite for me, both of the links working, but the same photo. ::)

I like it. It looks like a blend of Yard-Blaster and some post lights.
It would be used for lighting large paths.
For some reason, I think it would be a bad replacement for areas with regular Yard-Blasters.

I was going after a rustic worn out something that's been installed for decades type look. The Dimmed out Westie Lifeguard is the icing on the cake lol.

Hmmm... I think it looks a little new.
I prefer yarblasters for the effect you were looking for.
But it looks good, it has it's places.
I think I don't actually know how old it actually looks.

Thanks. I was trying to replicate something that would have been from the 70's era. I'll get a night shot.
