What ever happened to the Regent Lighting Corporation? Were they bought out?

They were bought out by Cooper Lighting (who was bought out by Eaton) sometime in 2006-2007 I believe. They still made their stuff but when MV ballasts were banned, most of it was discontinued.

Okay thanks, I figured they were bought out. I just saw one of their bulbs at the store the other day and I was just wondering whatever happened to them.
