Anyone know what is this bulb?? It has been irritating me since these 4 diode turn on in this bulb. Is it A LED bulb or something else?

Looks like a crap modification of an HID floodlight into LED.

These also use a G23 Base so I suggest this is some PL-L Bulb retrofit?

That's a sign light right? It looks like it originally had fluorescent tubes thay were replaced with a pl/l or pl/t lamp which was then replaced with some crappy early 2010s led retrofit. How green is it in person?

The diodes aren't actually green- I think they are light yellow.

Plus- I also can't find any information about these bulbs but they look like a PL-L bulb which is transparent. Warwickshire used a lot of these
