Goedemorgen! This is a survey of lighting interests of certain countries. This could be Street lights or lamps. This is how it works: Below are some countries, you name what countries lights most interest you and I’ll write it down. Just say, for example “I’m Interested in American Lights” and I will add 1 number to the country of choice. Please do not pick more than 2. Example: “I like Polish and Belgian lights” North American: 2 British: 1 French: 1 Belgian: 1 Polish: 2 German: 1 Dutch: 1 Scandinavian: Russian: Chinese: Aussie: 2 Spanish: Italian: 1 Balkan: Japanese: 1 Israeli: Turkish: South American: Greek: Other: 1 Tell me bellow! I'm from the US, so obviously I like North American street lights the most. I also really like Dutch and Italian street lights too.

I honestly think that fluorescent and HID lamps, ballasts, and fixtures specifically from Japan are my absolute favorites because from what I have researched, Japan is known for having highly unusual and unique aspects about its fluorescent and HID lighting systems that could not be found anywhere else in the world. For example, I find that they are known for having a very wide range of HID lamps specifically intended to be used as retrofit lamps for mercury vapor ballasts. In some cases, I have found HID retrofit lamps for mercury vapor ballasts sold there that do not seem to be sold anywhere else. For example, twin arc tube high pressure sodium retrofit lamps and deluxe high pressure sodium retrofit lamps made by manufacturers other than Iwasaki. In my research, I have not seen any examples of those retrofit lamps being intended for use outside of Japan. I do live in the USA though.
