I think it's obvious they have some facilities in Canada, United States, maybe Mexico and according to some PLA maybe Taiwan, possibly even the Philippines because I've seen some video of a Leotek light in the Phillipines but maybe it's imported.

Where did you see that?

I just think it is obvious that there is a Canadian Leotek Facility close to Ottawa and a few more because there are way too many GreenCobras in Ottawa to be all imported. I think I saw that Phillipines Leotek video somewhere on YouTube but I forgot where or when?
