I only got those when I bought the fixtures, the bulbs came with them.  I typically buy ONLY GE Products, whether it be bulbs, or Luminaires.

I have some F15T8 made in Holland and they are great. One is running 24/7 since July 2011 and still going. Other than that, not really. If I needed a lamp and it's all the hardware store had, I'd buy it. I have a room full of the F32T8 at work and all still work (the oldest dates from 2009). They give plenty of light once warmed up.
