We will have to investigate them properly, but last week's haul included some pip top incandescents  and one is globe shaped with the pip ground off that could date back to 1912.  :bulbman:

I’ve always been interested in all kinds of lighting, mainly incandescent and HID, and especially all kinds of sodium lamps (HPS/LPS). I’ll tolerate LED but I’m not a fan of it.
I’m not proud to say that my city has Devolved to LED.

We're still looking, but for now the front runner is this lovely old lamp, that might even date to the end of the 19th Century.!! :bulbman: :poof:

We've now got several old incandescent lampses that could be over 100 years old.  : :wndr:
It's incredible to think that were hand-made in bulk before the days of automation.  :poof:
Their construction is just fascinating.!!
