Hi All I was seeking some advice please. I have 3-4 lights in my loft that say GEC street lights on them. I just wondered if anybody had any information about them? The wife fancies using them in the kitchen as a light/ feature. I can provide more photos as these two were taken rather hurriedly. Thanks

I'm sure someone will be able to advise, but you didn't attach any images to your post. Try posting them in the gallery also, if you wish.

Looks interesting, can you get a shot that takes in the whole thing from a little further away..?
Street lamps aren't really my area of expertise, but someone will be able to help, I'm sure.

Without a side view, I’ll go out on a limb and say it’s the most well used ones from the 60s , a Z5590?, but there were a few with that canopy style?

Thanks for that, as I said I don't really know much about these but someone will.
By the way, you can attach up to 4 images to a message, they don't all have to be individual posts. There is a post limit of 15 posts per day, so you don't want to be using them all up..!
Alternatively, make use of the gallery, many people don't check the forums often, so you may be more likely to get a reply there.

Thanks for you continued advice, just one thing I’ve searched the forum but wondered how I would post a picture to the gallery? I want to put a couple of these on and also a picture of a lamp I have as I hope someone could point me in the right direction of where I could purchase a light bulb for it in case the current one blows.
