This is a very rough Lumiline fixture and working 40W tube. Fixture is missing the back. Switch does work, though. Whole thing looks like it sat outside for years (it probably did). I've had it for years; got it in a box of stuff at an auction. Can't say how many hours are on the tube but it did light up.

Its my only Lumiline and it isn't really nice enough for my likes. Would be better as a parts donor.
