I’ll need one of these for my Sylvania 150W Unalux high pressure sodium retrofit bulb.

These should be easy to find. Almost all 175w NEMA or even the cheap yard blasters have such a ballast inside. Try searching locally on FB marketplace or Craigslist for terms such as yard light. Could also try Habitat Restores. Failing that eBay should have one of these.

It’s a five tap ballast... Are you sure it’s not CWA?

No, I'm not sure. If it is, then I will delete the post.

I sent a message to the seller. I’ll see what they say about whether the ballast is CWA or not.

Was it a listing with more than one available? I'd like to get one or a few for a project.

I have a spare one if you are still interested. I can give it for free if you are willing to cover the shipment expenses as it is at my property in Lisbon now. I don't know how much the shipment costs from Europe to the States but maybe it would be cheaper for you this way?
