Make one if you’re lucky enough to have access to a welder?, I had to make one at work for my Holophane factor small, as they have huge spigot intakes!, I had to use a scaffold pole in the end!

You can still order lantern spigots from electrical wholesale, the last one I bought was about £35

Mine wasn’t on line, it was from a wholesaler called the Electric Center in the UK, here’s the catalogue page, sorry it’s a tad blurry?, I would guess you can order on line though?
