Minor bulb base damage: is it fixable? « on: December 13, 2021, 06:00:43 PM » Author: RadiantMV
My 1250 watt SBMV lamp arrived with a bit of damage to the base. I was wondering if i can fix this or if the lamp is unusable

Just get something wide and flat and push the fold back into it place
Other than I dont think it will effect lamp operations

I'd agree with that, and once it is flattened, screwing it into the lamp holder will help get it fully back into place.  :wndr:
