Take a look at this video. It looks like a Westinghouse factory. At the beginning, the stem is similar to my Westinghouse lamps. Farther, there's a fluorescent electrode, which is similar to electrodes of my Westinghouse F17T8/CW/28.

Looks like the video was filmed in several factories. The Incandescent light bulbs are GE though.
