[Found] Wanted: Tridonic or Atco 175w MV Ballast « on: March 30, 2022, 07:25:03 PM » Author: 108CAM
I'm currently trying to find either a Tridonic or Atco 175w MV ballast to run my BT29 shaped 175w MV bulb on.
A used ballast would be ideal because a new one is too expensive.

Fluro starter pings combined with a 50hz ballast hum and blinking tubes is music to my ears.

Here is a Tridonic/Atco ballast that will run your North American market 175w H39 mercury vapor lamp perfectly:

https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/264241467402

Note that the “130v” on the listing does not represent the mains input voltage since this is a 220v-240v 50hz ballast, but the 130v refers to the lamp’s arc voltage drop. However, the ballast is priced at a little over $200 AUD.
