EiKO are one of the few companies still selling a wide variety of HID lamps, but are they any good?

If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it
HID Fixtures should stay HID, but I think LED is fine too.
Any new photos are taken with a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ35!

I don’t know, but I don’t have much faith in Chinese offbrand HID lamps.

I can honestly say that EIKO and WIKO lamps tend to be excellent.  They set out in business importing from top quality Japanese lampmakers at a time when that country’s production was cheaper than USA, but with absolutely with no compromise on quality.

Naturally in recent years like everyone else, much is now of Chinese origin.  Nevertheless Eiko’s founding principles of quality seem to have endured - in some cases even better than for the biggest global lampmakers that abandoned their business and are now little more than a brand name stamped onto someone else’s products.

I don’t know all of their products so perhaps not all are equally good.  But for several years I had the pleasure of making specialist lamps for Eiko in Belgium, and was always impressed by the quality requirements whenever we had visitors from their HQ in Shawnee KS.
