He's advertising that he has 2 avail . Apparently the seller isn't smart enough to notice that ones a cooper and ones an AEL ! At least they're both 70 w HPS though . Besides , $130 is rather steep for a HPS OVZ IMO there is a 100 w OVZ on eBay right now for $27 + shipping !  SEE HERE:
