I just got a Philips F32T8 U-bent lamp with a November 2002 date code, but has the pre Alto silver end caps, and is otherwise not part of the Alto collection. I have a F40T12 U-bent from January 2004 that's part of the Alto collection, so I assumed that something from 2002 would also be a part of the Alto collection.

There were still non-alto and ecologic lamps being produced at that time.

The more you hate the LED movement, the stronger it becomes.
