I'm looking for a 5' 80W bayonet cap fluorescent tube, I have a ballast and 3 starters but I don't have an original BC tube to go with it. I'm not too bothered about the colour or the phosphor type. The original starters are 4 pin but I don't have the correct starter holder for them either.

Alternatively a couple of bi-pin to bayonet cap adapters would also be great which I would fit onto a modern 65/80W tube.
