Philips/Lumec Helios HBS. If you look on Signify's site, they'll be discontinued at the end of this year.

  A OVW will look more like a 3rd generation OV25 with FCO optic.  And painted grey.  The OVW is Exclusive to Texas DOT

Yup, a OVW uses the same housing as the blunt nose Cooper OV-25s used in Canada but painted grey and with the reflector swapped to a FCO one.

I think they all have the door bubble level fitted too, must a TxDot requirement.

HBM Helios has a "flat" bottom profile with the step for the optics the HBS is flat bottom without the step for the optics
