I'm sorry to hear that that happened. I don't think that you would be sent to prison for that, nor would you be banned from here. We all make mistakes.

I am sorry to hear that. Everyone gets mad at times in life, but because everyone does it, you shouldn't be ashamed of it. I'm sure everything will turn out fine in the end, and you'll get the hole patched up. If that same thing that made you mad this time happens again, you won't get as mad because you know what the outcome is if you do.

I know how you feel tbh. I’ve been stressed lately because of college and I haven’t been getting enough sleep. Just earlier, I finally snapped and chucked my breakfast on the floor (I suffer with some anger problems) and I’m starting to regret it now. I hope things gets better for you.
