Looks like most CMH lamps have smaller electrodes than quartz MH lamps, as most of them are rated for electronic ballasts.

FYI: the CPO-TW 45W is basically a re-branded CPO-TW 60W. So you can also run it on an electronic CPO-T 60W ballast (e.g. Philips PrimaVision or dimmable DynaVision). Like James indicated: don't run it on a copper-iron ballast.

Running it on an electronic ballast for an HPS 50W lamp is not advisable since the runup current designed for a HPS 50W lamp may be too high for the CPO-TW electrodes.
