Sylvania F4T5 Cool Green « on: June 19, 2026, 02:35:39 PM » Author: Emersyn
I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the very very rare Sylvania F4T5 Cool Green. It was never listed in any catalogues and I never would have known it existed unless I found a photo of it on an old listing of a desk lamp. I certainly would love a pair !

I have never seen one in person, but there are some photos of Cool Green lamps in the gallery. They are really neat.

It was probably unlisted because who would want to buy it and it would just take up space that could be used to list more important lamps. As for the purpose I think it was to reduce eyestrain like any other cool green.
Dimbulb would SELL HIS SOUL to get that lamp!

I like math, lighting, computers and electronics(but I detest pointless ruinage of nice old stuff). LEDs should be better thought out. they are actually quite good if they are good quality. They should be built to a long life not to a cheap price!
