Is it rarest in mercury vapor, high pressure sodium, or metal halide? Which wattage is rarest and which type?

I think they are probably rare in HX ballasted 400W H33 mercury vapor.

Depends on the era...initially, it would've been MH, but as time progressed, MH replaced MV. HPS has always been the most dominant.
