The Westinghouse H39 MV bulb has a frosted coated version of it.

Ups:It takes only five minutes to fire up and has a good color.

Downs:It is not bright enough!!!!!

But overall,its a awsome bulb!!!! :mv: rocks!!!!

I thought mine was bright enough the clear ones are a little bit brighter maybe it's a dud? Duds or not I still love  :mv: bulbs. I would like to fine nice old greened out one.
