I do use a lot of junk stuff, but there is none with 10's of white LEDs in it....

Cheap chineeese torches are a source, as well as the new LED security lights, just do a little more dumpster diving around a electrical wholesaler or a mass market retailer.

They rarely go cheaper than 1 NIS (about 1/4 $) /LED. The Dealextreme LEDs are at least 3 times cheaper
