I recognize the wiring just to the right of the breaker panel on the back wall. The two gray boxes are Commscope building entrance terminals. They are used to terminate copper communications cable where it enters a building. They provide overvoltage protection for the equipment connected to outside plant. Underneath that on the blue backboard is a standard 66 block used to terminate communication cable within the building. Blue indicates that the cable is station wire connecting terminal equipment (such as telephones) instead of backbone cables or switching equipment. The box above the Commscope terminals is likely a fiber optic terminal, though I can't tell for sure.
