I was recently clearing out my fathers attic and found a big bag of old bulbs and wanted to get an idea of how old they might be. My fathers house was owned by his father before him, dating back to the 1930's, so they could have been sat around a long while.

My brother thinks the Cryselco bulbs are for cars (and not ironically of course the Mazda ones! Which I know was a different company)

The Mazda ones say 15w 200/250v and are all different colours, and the Cryselco say the same but are all clear.

I'm just curious how long they have sat around - and can I use them in a modern lamp?
