According to Frankie L on youtube, Plusrite made a wide variety of colored probe start MH lamps such as green, blue, and magenta for the US market.

In addition, I am also considering having Mexican HID ballasts in my collection such as the ISB Sola ballasts rated for 127v 60hz operation.

The coloured MH lamps we have are from the German manufacturer BLV, see here.

We only have blue, green and magenta so far.

Here are some street lights I would like on my bucket list:

Original GE M1000

Original GE M400

GE Form 400

GE Form 109

Westinghouse OV20

Thorn Alpha 3

Revo Prefect

Revo Lucidor

Revo Sol D’or

Revo Silvergold

(particularly the C13198 and the C13199, and the C13197)

GEC Z9494

AEI Amberline Junior

GEC Z9484

Westinghouse OV25

Cooper OVX

GE M250R2

Westinghouse OV50

AEG Koffer 70

GEC Dioptrion

GEC clearmain

GEC Optispec

Thorn Gamma 6

Thorn Beta 5

Revo Dalek

Philips SORA

GEC Z9425

Revo C9225

Wardle open solar

In particular, I seem to enjoy many of the designs that are seen on British low pressure sodium street lights since many of these lanterns have such unique designs that are not seen anywhere else.

I’ve always been interested in all kinds of lighting, mainly incandescent and HID, and especially all kinds of sodium lamps (HPS/LPS). I’ll tolerate LED but I’m not a fan of it.
I’m not proud to say that my city has Devolved to LED.

Thanks for the links. Unfortunately the total cost after shipping for both is more than what I'm willing to pay for a lamp at the moment but I'll keep them in mind.

Before I received my 60w SLI/H fixture and lamp, it had been on my bucket list for a while. As of now, it is considered the crown jewel of my lighting collection due to its rarity.

The UK eBay is probably your best bet for SOX fixtures.

Here in California there's still quite a few SOX lights still in service so I might still have a chance to get one. Or I could get one from member mdcastle but I still haven't decided what to do about a SOX fixture yet.
