Don't think it's for real unfortunately. Note that the lamps go on and off in unison.

Looks to me like it is only lighting the far tube and the closest side is dark?

They should of used t8s at the beginning and the preheats at the end, awesome video by the way hahaha hahaha

T12/ t17 there's a reason they made heavy magnetic ballasts
