I started this topic because I want to know everything about what of lamp type, what and how inside.
How the wires, fuses, and other fittings?
In my country there is no such lamp never, in old times also not, therefore buy, I can not manufactured one, because there is no concrete data to. But I really like this type of lamp, and I want to build one in my yard!
Reason, who knows better this lamp type how, please help me!

The Luminaire "RSL" who are you looking for was produced in the former GDR(East Germany). The  manufacturer is named as VEB Pössnecker Aussenleuchten.After 1990 produced byBergner&Weisser Pössneck.The  introduction was in the mid 60s.
First fitted  with 2x Narva HQL 125W or BGW HQL 125W mercury vapor lamps, later,from 1980 with 2x Narva NA 70W or NA 50W high pressure sodium lamps.Some modifications were accomplished-such as other Lamp glasses,other kind of ballasts. Fuses are never mounted in the fixture but in the pole bottom.
