hey guys im looking for a ge m 400 lens does anybody know if this lens will fit in a form 400 ? thank u for any info

Any older GE glass will work.  In fact, you may want to get the newer glass from a GE M-400R2 or A2 because it is the exact glass for the Form 400, but is ideally cleaner.

Also you may have to bend some parts of metal of the Form 400 because the glass rim is thicker (a few people including Silverliner and Slaidblade) told me this.....

Well, no guarantees, but I'm hoping to gain access to the scrap pile at my old stomping ground and employer, PP&L in the coming weeks. I will certainly look for one. We had plenty of 400's in service here. I'll chack in before I go to see if you've acquired one yet.  8)
